Financial difficulties, work-related problems and third party relationships are also among the causes of relationship deterioration. Circumscribing is the stage in relationship deterioration characterized by decreased interac tion, shorter time together and less depth to sharing. At this stage, a couple may appear normal from the outside, but communication between the couple is minimal. The couple tends to avoid certain topics of discussion considering them as a taboo. The coupe hardly communicates at this stage and therefore, it becomes difficult to know what they feel about each other. The relationship at this stage begins to go back to its superficial stages, and the couple loses interest in it. As the word describes, each person in the relationship starts to draw a circle around him or herself. This circle does not include the other person and therefore, there is little or no interaction between the parties (Pearson et al., 2006, p.122). This is pride and it hinders him from listening effectively to other members of the group. Pride involves an element where a person does not value the other person’s opinions. An individual takes over the conversation because he or she believes he has nothing to learn from the other members of the group (Pearson et al., 2006, p.131). It is easier if I will just write a paragraph or two because I need not organize it but it is different when I have to write long pages of writing especially those that are required in class.   This one is relatively easier to write because I just have to write from my experience.   But when it gets longer and the topic becomes more difficult, I usually have a hard time writing it especially getting the paper started. There are several in the past where my difficulty in speaking English became a burden or in forming a new friendship with people.   I like to meet and know all sorts of people and if possible to have a new set of friends all the time.   People just interests me.   There was this incident however that my English was still not that good that I had difficulty speaking it.   I was introduced to a new set of friends and I was eager and excited to know them.   But alas, I was not a good conversationalist in English and I lost their interest.   As a result, we did not end up as good friends but only acquaintances.   I felt bad about it because I was really interested to make them my friends, know their hobbies and probably learn it too. There are instances however where my knowledge in English was rewarding.   I may not be an excellent writer or speaker of English but I can competently communicate with the language.   There was this time we were on holiday in South East Asia where most of the people speak in their native tongue.   It is difficult because the place is foreign to me and did not know how to go about because I was new to the place.   Luckily, the locals knew that I am a foreigner and are able to speak and write in English.   So the initial intimidation of going around and not knowing my way was overcome because I could ask around using the English language.   English is truly a universal language because people whom you do not expect to communicate with because of differences in native tongue can be overcome by speaking the English language thereby overcoming the language barrier.

Christians believe that through baptism they have been called to follow Jesus’ as their model in life. The bible teaches adherents to promote peace on an international level, aiming to work for peace, justice and reconciliation. Islam like Christianity was a religion founded on the virtue of peace. Islam is referred to in the Qur’an as â€Å"the paths of peace† and it is taught that peace must always be actively sought out by Muslims. The Qur’an sees reconciliation as a basic stance and states that Allah abhors the disturbance of peace. Muslims too believe that there can only be peace if there is justice. In Islam, peace takes a variety of forms. It is seen as a quality of personal tranquillity and fulfilment bestowed by Allah to reward submission. This surrender of mental and physical devotion begins with the concept of Dhikr, the remembrance of Allah in all aspects of Muslim life. The Qur’an states that â€Å"In remembrance of God do hearts fins satisfaction. † This concept is embodied by the 5 pillars of Islam. Through the Salat, attention is drawn to Allah, marginalising distraction in order to devote more fully to the divine. Sawm and Zakat illustrate physical sacrifices for Islam which allows the adherent to appreciate Allah’s role as of life. The Hajj focuses on morality by allowing the adherent o come closer to Allah in their individual search of inner peace. Along with this, the study of the sacred texts of Islam, the Qur’an and Hadith equips adherents with necessary theological understanding for a meaningful life of submission which in turn brings peace. This study allows Muslims to understand peace being a reward for following the teachings of Allah and his prophet Mohammad. Peace be upon you because you have persevered. † Another concept of achieving peace is through collective worship. It encourages commitment in the struggle against the greater Jihad. Like Christianity, Islam encourages adherents to strive for peace. Both typify the complex relationship between religion and peace. Jose de Goya y Lucientes was born on March 30, in the year 1746, in Fuendetodos, a small village in northern Spain. At the age of fourteen he became an apprentice for a local artist, Jose Luzan. Later he traveled to Madrid where he took interest in the last of the great Venetian painters. After attempting and failing to enroll in the Royal Academy of San Fernando, Goya then traveled to Rome, Italy. Then on to Sagossa in 1771 where he painted fresco in several local churches, establishing a reputation. In 1773 Goya married a women named Josefa Bayeu, together they had many children, unfortunately only one by the name of Xavier made it to become an adult. From 1775 to1792 Goya paints cartoons for a royal tapestry factory, beginning his first genre paintings of everyday life. Later Goya achieves his first successful movement. He became a portrait painter for the Spanish aristocracy. He finally enrolled in the Royal Academy of San Fernando in 1780, Francisco and was named painter to King Charles IV in 1786,and Court Painter in 1789. In 1792 he suffered from a serious illness which left him permanently deaf. This began to make him feel alienated and separated from everyone else, provoking him to paint the darkness and weakness of mankind. He began to paint his own version of caricatures, showing the subjects as he saw them. In 1795 he was elected director of painting at the Royal Academy and served until 1797, then being appointed Spanish Court Painter in 1799.
